We have always loved pie. It must just run in both families. We have been lucky enough to have great pie makers in our families. While having family dinner a few weeks ago we decided we would try making strawberry pie and cream pie. We ended up with 4 pies and they were delicious. We decided we would try a strawberry pie topping on the cream pie next time we made pie. Here is the result!
The mixture of the cream and the strawberry topping was really good and of course the whipped cream on top was wonderful! We did learn a few things, but the number one thing we have learned... We can not make two pies and not share them! We can't eat them fast enough!

So where was MY pie, NOT even a piece. So much for friendship!! I do remember a passage in the bible about if you have two pie you should give your friend one...
